DEPRESSION DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE.
Pain is relative and everybody around you
is going through their own, it’s a depression we know nothing about, a pain that’s
often masked with a smiling face to protect the vulnerable person inside, and
makes us pass through each day.
When you are in a crowd you have to treat
everybody as if they’re putting on a sign that we can’t see, like a sign of
person who just gets divorced, someone who just lost a child, job or diagnosis of
cancer. The truth is we don’t know what people are going through because people
don’t put on the pain as a sign on them
which illustrate their struggles.
Mental health issues are invisible illness
that don’t always look the same from the outside, you can have everything in
the world but still be unhappy and that is not because you’re hard to please. Sadness,
pain, depression does not discriminate.
We also think being happy is living the
life of somebody else, while they also wish to live in the life you are in. You
might have it all, performing to thousand, travel, the lifestyle the success, but
things are not what they seems.
Somehow what you need to do, is give
yourself a kindness, you see self-kindness won’t help you to take the pain from
you, rather it helps you acknowledge your pain also to realize we are equally
imperfect just like every other person.
