Martin Pereira is accused of the murder of his daughter Zoey Pereira, 3, who he allowed to burn to death in his car this past Sunday, May 5,  after a custody battle with the child’s mother.

A fuccin animal you chain the doors shut and call the mother to tell her she will never see her daughter again over a custody battle because she don’t want be with you like you not even human your a fuccin coward and animal !!! This man burned himself up too and jumped in a pond now in the hospital with third degree burns I hope you die ! This pretty innocent little baby burned to death by the man who suppose to be her protector.

According to the New York Daily News, Pereira was in a bitter custody dispute with the child’s mother Cherone Coleman, 36. “I always thought he was going to hurt me, I never thought he was going to hurt my daughter,” the grieving mother said.
