everyone's life easier and a little brighter, here's what Barack has been up to
this year. Ever since Barack Obama left the White House in January 2017, he's
become somewhat of a globetrotter. From linking up with Drake at the NBA Finals
in Toronto to enjoying a family vacation in France, the former president seems
to be popping up everywhere these days.
The former president and Stephen Curry headlined the first-ever
national convention for Barack's My Brother's Keeper Alliance in Oakland, CA.
The organization aims to "bring together hundreds of young men of
color," and the three-day event included a discussion about reducing youth
violence, growing impactful mentorship programs, and improving life outcomes
for boys and young men of color.
